BULKY WASTE
Please call the Customer Service Center at (504) 520-8331 to schedule bulky waste collection. Bulky waste includes those items that are not suitable to go into standard collection carts, generally due to weight and size. For example, white goods, sofas, mattresses, tires and other large items will be picked-up on-call.

Bulky waste should not be placed out for collection prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day proceeding the scheduled collection day (day of appointment), and must be placed at the curb for service no later than 5:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day (day of appointment).

Residents will be subject to fines if bulky waste is placed out prior to the given date of collection. YOU MUST CALL TO SCHEDULE THIS SERVICE. Small businesses do not receive any bulky waste collection services.
